Simon Armitage, known foremost as one of the UK's most exciting poets, is working again as adaptor and translator of some of the most important epics. After Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, The Death of King Arthur and Homer's Odyssey, comes The Last Days of Troy. Originally commissioned for the BBC, the play is currently being performed at Royal Exchange in Manchester and coming to The Globe in June.
